Thanks again Darren - I followed the very clear instructions on the web page you referred me to and, hey-presto, all the addresses have gone. What I really admire about the site is the down-to-earth language used - none of the computer-speak that so often appears when advice is sought. My computer is old by modern standards (Windows 98) but I always find the words you use in your instructions really do appear on the screen in the place they are supposed to be! You’ve got a “fan” (albeit an elderly one) but I’ll try not to take up your time without good reason. Many Thanks. - John
