Obfuscation - Definition

The term Obfuscation is rarely used and is more often referred to as Spamdexing. It is a method of using highly frowned upon techniques in order to achieve an unfair advantage with the search engines. It is performed by purposely manipulating HTML code and page content while at the same time also concealing its implementation. Once again, it primary purpose is to deliberately mislead others and the search engines.
