Since Windows 98, Microsoft added the Quick Launch Bar to our Taskbar. The Quick Launch Bar is actually a toolbar located just to the right of the Start Button. It essentially allows you to add and store shortcuts to all your favorite programs. When additional program shortcuts are added, you will have immediate access to them with a simple click of your mouse. Therefore, this technical brief will show you how to add program shortcuts to The Quick Launch Bar as well as enable it if it has been accidentally disabled. For demonstration purposes, we will add the Window’s Calculator to the Quick Launch Bar.
